If something you bought won’t open or download
Email me and say which product it is, and I’ll get you sorted — I can resend your files directly. Please don’t sit there fighting with it. That’s on me to fix, not on you to figure out.
One thing that solves it about half the time: check the email address you used at checkout, including the spam folder. Downloads and app links go out the second you buy, and they land wherever you typed.

Ask away. If a post left something out, or you tried a system here and it didn’t fit your house, I genuinely want to hear it — that’s usually what the next post ends up being about.

How long I take
I read every email that comes in. I’m one person with a house full of people, so give me a few days before you figure I’ve ignored you — and if something’s gone quiet longer than that, send it again. It happens, and I’d rather you nudge me twice than give up.
